    Find hidden flaws with sound

A probe sends short pulses of sound into the panel through water. Each interface sends part of the sound back: the front surface, any flaw, and the back wall. The A-scan shows these echoes at one point; the C-scan maps the back-wall echo over the whole panel, so delaminations and porosity show up without cutting the part.

Select Run C-scan to scan the reference panel. Then move the probe to read the A-scan at any point.
